Standardization of (QA/QC) Criteria

With the goal of safeguarding the health of patients and making products that boost customer confidence, ANANDA Scientific considers an evidence-based, standardization (QA/QC) process imperative for its cannabidiol (CBD) and other cannabinoid products. The Company will be following FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, which include the use of well-trained personnel, appropriately designed facilities, manufacturing processes clearly defined and validated, quality testing, suitable packaging and process audits.

ANANDA Scientific will pursue even more stringent criteria in addition to standard QA/QC regulation set by the state or FDA to bolster higher consumer protection and satisfaction such as Certificates of Conformity set by the USDA for farmland and production facilities, Certified Kosher Certifications and third-party accreditation certificates such as the ISO-certifications. All products will receive Certificates of Analysis, and Chain of Custody documentation. Furthermore, these will be in accord with Heath Canada, FDA/USDA and China CFDA requirements.

Ananda Scientific will issue certified declarations on all our CBD products such as for Allergens, Gluten Free, Non-GMO as well as follow guidelines set by the U.S. Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act Commission on Dietary Supplement Labels and the Office of Dietary Supplements as well as the World Health Organization and Health Canada dietary supplement criteria.

All industrial hemp-based products (therapeutic or medicinal) will meet regulation on purity and other physiochemical and pharmacological parameters that require certification, as having met the highest regulatory standards by a qualified independent party. Such third-party verifications are rigorous and meticulous; which include, but are not limited to: validation of a supply chain program with transparency and control in critical risk areas, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with audits of facilities and operations, and laboratory testing to verify conformity to product specifications (which may include requisite testing for impurities such as noxious compounds or pesticides, particulate matter and microbial contamination). In addition, we will utilize established entities such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (“ASTM”)- an international organization that develops standards of quality for a wide range of materials and products; or, by the American Chemical Society through its Committee on Analytical Reagents.
